In the capital direction, QuantumCTek disclosed its annual report for 2020 and quarterly report for 2021, and also announced that it will use 120 million yuan of over-raising funds to build a special industry quantum communication equipment research and production center and a “quantum computing prototype and cloud platform R&D project”.

The Institute of Quantum Information and Quantum Science and Technology Innovation of the Chinese Academy of Sciences held a launch event for the new functional segment of the quantum computing cloud platform, announcing the completion of the architectural update of the quantum computing cloud platform, which was the first one established in China and has the highest number of access to qubits.
In the direction of scientific research, Chinese scholars have made important progress in simulating topological quantum materials with ultracold atoms, achieving three-dimensional spin-orbit coupling using ultracold atomic systems for the first time in the international arena, and constructing an ideal exo-semi-metallic energy band structure with one and only one exo-El point.

The related research results were published in the journal Science.
