To be successful in this role, you’ll need the following:

    • 5+ years in recruitment, ideally in-house focussing on scientific, technology and non-tech roles.
    • Proven track record of delivering successful recruitment solutions and attraction strategies.
    • Experience of building effective employer brand and social media campaigns.
    • Built and continually engaged with strong talent pipelines.
    • Improved hiring processes through new technologies.
    • A true self starter, who can show results and a bias for action.
    • Be comfortable working with ambiguity and complexity, in a high growth environment.

What is in it for you?
We offer an amazing opportunity to join a world leading quantum computing company. You will be working alongside a highly talented team, with world leading names in the quantum computing industry.
